Neil Hegarty
Madden & Finucane are currently challenging in the High Court the decision by the Department of Justice to revoke the licence releasing Derry republican prisoner Neil Hegarty from Maghaberry Prison in December.
The challenge is currently at hearing before Mr Justice McCloskey at the High Court in Belfast.
Neil Hegarty is currently being represented by Fearghal Shiels and Ciaran Shiels from the firm.
Judgment will be handed down by the court on Tuesday morning (13 February 2018).
