Our client was travelling on the road when another vehicle, which had been driving along the hard shoulder, suddenly pulled across without warning and caused a head-on collision. The impact left our client with significant injuries to his neck, back and right knee, including scarring. He was also subsequently diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a direct result of the accident. The severity of his injuries meant he was unable to work for a period, resulting in a significant loss of earnings.
