Madden & Finucane Solicitors welcome the announcement by the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) that, from 9th October 2025, individuals affected by the Infected Blood Compensation Scheme can now register their intent to claim.
This marks a crucial step for those infected with HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C through contaminated blood, blood products, or tissue, as well as for those affected by this tragedy, including representatives acting on behalf of deceased relatives.
