Our Client an agency worker, was contracted to work in a meat processing facility, he was injured when a co-worker negligently cut his arm with a boning knife. As a result of this accident our Client sustained a permanent injury to his radial nerve in his right arm.
Proceedings were issued in the High Court when liability between the parties was in dispute, however a successful settlement was reached without the requirement for a Hearing.
