Youth Court Advice - Belfast, Northern Ireland

A youth court is a special type of magistrates’ court for people aged between 10 and 17.

Cases are heard by a panel made up of a District Judge and two lay magistrates.

Your parent or guardian must come with you.

Members of the public are not allowed in to the court – unless they have permission.
