Claire graduated in Law from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2022. Claire joined Madden & Finucane solicitors in 2019 and has worked under both our criminal and civil departments.
Claire specialises in personal injury claims, ranging from road traffic accidents, pothole claims, medical negligence cases, historical abuse cases, claims against the police and claims against the prison. Claire represents clients in injunction cases, taking or defending injunctions.
Claire also represents clients under arrest in Police Stations.
