The Judicial Review by Geraldine Finucane relating to her husband, Pat’s murder commences tomorrow morning at the High Court in Belfast.
The hearing will examine Brandon Lewis’ decision on 30 November 2020 that he would not order a Public Inquiry into the collusion and murder “at this time”.
