Madden & Finucane appointed to represent jailed Police Officer who threatened to arrest Senior Judge

“It is an unprecedented step for the Divisional Court to convene on a Friday night to consider an application for leave to appeal to the UK Supreme Court.

“If leave is granted, we have indicated we intend to make an immediate application for bail pending the determination of the Supreme Court proceedings”
