Madden & Finucane Solicitors have today released a press statement on behalf of their client, businessman Francois De Dietrich, in response to financial allegations raised recently in the press and media.

Mr De Dietrich said:

“I strenuously deny all of the allegations which have been made against me. My businesses are legitimate and as a consequence of the FSA action I have been unable to trade, which has led to the loss of many jobs. Despite the FSA action, we are committed to working with our customers regarding full return of outstanding monies.”

On behalf of his client Mr. Peter Madden, Madden and Finucane Solicitors said,

“We can confirm that we will be lodging an appeal next week, in respect of Mr Justice Deeny’s committal order, dated the 28th of January 2011.”
