The Finucane family intend to raise the Inquiries Act with U.S. Consul General Dean Pittman and outline the family’s position and deep concerns about any proposed inquiry under the 2005 Inquiries Act into the murder of Pat Finucane.
Geraldine Finucane will be accompanied by Peter Madden, the family’s solicitor.
The meeting will take place @ U.S. Consulate General, Belfast, Danesfort House , 223 Stranmillis Road, Belfast, at 2.30 today.
