Finucane family Judicial review against the British Government

A judicial review will take place to force the British Government to set up a public inquiry immediately into the murder of Pat Finucane.

The family of Pat Finucane will return to the High Court this Monday morning (8/3/04) @ the Royal Courts of Justice, Belfast.

These new proceedings relate to the immediate stablishment of the inquiry despite the non- publication of the Cory report.
